Role Description As a Real Estate Consultant at Nestaway, you will work on-site in Bengaluru, in a full time capacity, helping homeowners and tenants navigate the residential rental market. You will identify and onboard rental properties, conduct property visits, and advise homeowners on pricing, positioning, and presentation to maximize rental income. You will support prospective tenants with property selection, inspections, documentation, and closure of rental agreements, ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience.





Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting negotiations, coordinating with internal operations teams, and maintaining accurate records within Nestaway’s technology platforms. You will also contribute to local market insights, participate in training sessions, and uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of the Real Estate and Real Property domain, preferably in residential rentals.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead management, conversion, and client relationship building.
- Strong Negotiation skills for aligning homeowner and tenant interests and closing rental deals.
- Experience in Training or mentoring peers or partners on processes, tools, and market best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site and interact with diverse customers.
- Comfort with technology platforms and basic data entry; experience in PropTech or real estate startups is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple property engagements, and meet performance targets.
- Having Field Work Experience and should be ready for Field work.
