What you’ll be doing

- Get hands-on with end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding & induction to give new hires the best “Welcome to Netoyed” experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to engage effectively with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives (yes, you’ll help make work fun!).
- Partner with the HR team on projects that shape our culture.

What we’re looking for:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR.
- Robust communication skills and a people-first mindset.
- Curious, proactive, and open to learning.
- Comfortable using MS Office suite.
- Prior internship experience would be an added advantage.
