Work Experience

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Team Management
- Any graduate degree / relevant certification

Job Responsibilities

- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge, communication skills,

objection handling, and compliance with sales scripts.
- Analyze sales performance data, including key metrics and KPIs, to identify trends, areas for

improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales outcomes.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to sales management regarding performance findings.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales quality assurance or a similar role within the sales domain.




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
- Team handling Experience.
