Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for a Quick Commerce Executive with prior q-com experience.

The Quick Commerce

Executive will manage and optimize operations across quick-commerce platforms, including listing management, pricing, inventory coordination, and order tracking. The role involves monitoring platform performance, improving visibility and conversion, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, and resolving customer and partner issues related to quick-commerce deliveries. The executive will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to support promotions, analyze data and performance metrics,



and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in quick commerce operations (q-com), including platform management, order fulfillment workflows, and inventory coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring performance dashboards, interpreting data, and optimizing listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Operational skills in coordination, vendor or partner management, and process improvement within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, warehouse, and logistics.
- Comfort with using online dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools to track KPIs and performance trends.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, with a high level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer brands on quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in quick-commerce roles.
