Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Execution Engineer – Civil to join our civil project execution team in Kozhikode. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring day-to-day project execution activities, ensuring timely material availability, manpower coordination, equipment utilization, and smooth communication between office and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day civil project execution activities.
- Liaise with workers, supervisors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.




- Maintain logs for JCBs, machinery, and equipment, and monitor their utilization.
- Prepare and process work orders and purchase requisitions (PRs).
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of project materials.
- Track material requirements, delivery schedules, and manpower deployment.
- Follow up on project activities and support timely completion.
- Maintain project records, reports, equipment logs, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Support project managers and engineers in planning, execution, and daily operational activities.

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in civil project execution or coordination.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering practices and project execution processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic office applications.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
