Role Description The Production & Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor coordination, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and packaging. The executive will oversee production scheduling, monitor inventory levels, and align procurement with production requirements and quality standards.

Daily tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, optimizing purchasing processes for cost and efficiency, and collaborating closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams. The role also requires building strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and partners to support sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management.




- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to manage data, costs, and inventory planning.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or production operations, preferably in food, FMCG, or agriculture-related sectors.
- Knowledge of inventory management tools or ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel or similar software.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and commitment to sustainable and ethical sourcing.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
