Role Description The Product Sales Representative (PSR) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The PSR is responsible for promoting and selling Mother Dairy products within an assigned territory, including regular visits to retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts. Daily activities include ensuring product availability and visibility, executing sales promotions, monitoring stock levels, and collecting market feedback.

The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, resolving service issues, and meeting sales targets and reporting requirements.



The PSR collaborates with the local sales team to implement company sales strategies and uphold brand standards in the marketplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed territory targets.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic numeric and analytical skills to track sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess territory management and time-management skills to plan daily routes, visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Relevant experience in FMCG or dairy product sales, particularly in field or channel sales, is highly beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site field work, including regular market travel within Ghaziabad, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Ghaziabad and familiarity with retail and distribution channels is preferred.
