Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mangaluru for a Pricing and Operation Freight Executive. The role involves preparing freight quotations, negotiating rates with carriers and agents, and maintaining updated pricing records across modes such as air, sea, and road. The executive will coordinate day-to-day shipment operations, including booking cargo, arranging documentation, tracking consignments, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities also include communicating with customers and overseas partners,



resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to optimize costs, improve service levels, and support accurate billing and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in freight pricing, rate negotiation, and cost analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in shipment coordination, documentation handling, and day-to-day operations management.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer communication, relationship management, and problem resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills in data entry, use of logistics/ERP systems, and basic reporting using spreadsheets and related tools.
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru, manage multiple tasks, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
