Role Description The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for residential construction projects in Bengaluru South. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to align timelines, resources, and work sequences.

The Planning

Engineer will track progress against plans, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain cost and time targets. Daily tasks include preparing progress reports, supporting project control activities, optimizing production planning, and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.



The role also involves contributing to risk assessments, resource forecasting, and process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to develop realistic schedules and optimize project workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify deviations, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide transparent, concise updates.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Project Control to manage timelines, monitor budgets, and support progress reporting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Excel, with familiarity in construction project management practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Prior experience in residential or real estate construction projects is an advantage.
