Role Description The Plant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Vasai Virar facility.

The Plant

Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production planning, manufacturing activities, resource allocation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, monitoring equipment performance, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The role involves leading and mentoring plant staff, optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and collaborating with senior management on production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Plant

Manager will also track key performance indicators,



manage inventories, and support timely delivery of finished goods to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Production Planning skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Manufacturing Operations and related industrial processes.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster a protected, inclusive, and compliant work workplace.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, 5S) and basic understanding of quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using production and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in plant leadership may also be considered.
- Prior experience as a Plant Manager or in a senior manufacturing leadership role within an industrial or aerosol/packaging environment is preferred.
