Job SummaryWe are looking for a performance-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising, audience targeting, campaign analytics, and lead generation.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies to generate quality leads, website traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns based on performance data.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and copy.




- Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of paid campaigns, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve campaign performance.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge, certifications, or practical projects are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of performance marketing experience may apply.
- Practical knowledge of advertising platforms or a campaign portfolio will be an advantage.
