About AMLStarterAMLStarter is an online learning platform focused on practical AML/KYC education, financial crime investigations, case-based learning, and interview preparation.

We are looking for an experienced AML/KYC professional who can deliver interactive training sessions and help learners understand how financial crime compliance works in real banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online AML/KYC training sessions for beginners and working professionals.
- Explain KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions, PEP screening, adverse media, and corporate KYC using practical examples.
- Teach transaction monitoring, suspicious activity identification, alert investigations, and risk-based decision-making.
- Create practical exercises, case studies, quizzes, and assessments.
- Help learners understand how to investigate cases, document findings, and prepare investigation narratives.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Support mock interviews and job-readiness activities when required.

Requirements




- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AML, KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, or financial crime investigations.
- Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, UBO verification, sanctions screening, and customer risk assessment.
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, or compliance operations teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple English.
- Availability to conduct weekend live sessions.
- Prior training, SME, QA, or team leadership experience is preferred.
- CAMS, ICA, or other relevant certifications are an advantage, not mandatory.
