Role Description The Omni Sport Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, focused on helping customers discover and enjoy sports that suit their needs and goals. In this role, the advisor welcomes and guides customers on the shop floor, provides expert product recommendations across multiple sports, and ensures an engaging, inclusive in-store experience. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, maintaining merchandise displays, and supporting store operations such as stock management and basic product care.





The advisor also contributes to local sport communities by organizing or supporting events, workshops, and training sessions that encourage people of all levels to participate in sport. Collaboration with teammates, active listening, and a passion for sport are central to the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Physical Education and understanding of sports fundamentals.
- Experience in Coaching, Sports Coaching, or mentoring individuals or groups in sports activities.
- Background in Sports Training, including planning and guiding practice sessions or fitness routines.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, explain product benefits, and work with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated passion for multiple sports and willingness to continuously learn about recent disciplines and equipment.
- Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to identify needs, provide solutions, and create positive in-store experiences.
- Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekend and holiday shifts when required.
- Relevant education in sports science, physical education, or related fields is an advantage.
