We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious Mobile App QA Intern to ensure our Flutter-based iOS and Android applications deliver reliable, intuitive, visually polished, and high-quality user experiences.

You'll work closely with our Flutter developers, product designers, AI engineers, and founders to identify issues, improve app quality, and support product releases.

- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and usability testing of our Flutter-based iOS and Android applications.
- Identify bugs, crashes, performance issues, UI inconsistencies, and unexpected application behavior.
- Create detailed test cases, testing scenarios, checklists, and bug reports.
- Validate user journeys, onboarding flows, navigation, forms, and other core product features.
- Test application behavior across different devices, operating system versions, and screen sizes.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing before releases.

2. UI/UX & • Visual Quality Testing
- Compare implemented Flutter interfaces against approved Figma designs.
- Identify inconsistencies in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy.
- Test animations, transitions, interactive components, and user feedback states.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the visual design team to maintain high standards of UI quality.

3. iOS & • Android Setting Testing
- Test applications across Android and iOS environments.
- Understand platform-specific behavior, permissions, notifications, navigation, and device compatibility.
- Test app builds distributed through TestFlight, Android internal testing, and other development environments.
- Validate application behavior under different network conditions, interruptions, and background/foreground states.




- Identify platform-specific crashes, inconsistencies, and performance issues.

4. API, Network & • Backend Testing
- Use tools such as Postman, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, or similar tools to inspect API requests and responses.
- Verify API integrations, authentication flows, error handling, and data consistency.
- Test application behavior during API failures, slow network connections, timeouts, and unexpected responses.
- Collaborate with backend developers to identify and reproduce integration issues.

5. Analytics, Performance & • Crash Monitoring
- Validate analytics events, user interactions, screen tracking, and conversion funnels.
- Work with tools such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and other monitoring platforms.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, slow loading screens, memory issues, and application crashes.
- Test loading states, caching, and overall application responsiveness.
- Help ensure accurate event tracking across iOS and Android.

6. AI Feature Testing
- Test AI-powered workflows, generated content, and intelligent features within the Purple Business application.
- Verify that AI responses, recommendations, and generated outputs are displayed correctly within the UI.
- Identify AI workflow failures, unexpected outputs, loading issues, and error-handling problems.
- Develop testing scenarios for different user inputs, business use cases, and edge cases.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to report issues and improve the reliability of AI-powered experiences.

7. Test Documentation & • Team Collaboration
- Maintain organized bug reports, testing checklists, and quality assurance documentation.
- Track issues and progress using Trello or other project management tools.
- Provide clear bug reproduction steps, screenshots, screen recordings, and device details.
- Collaborate with Flutter developers to verify fixes and prevent regressions.
- Participate in product reviews, testing discussions, and release planning.
- Share regular updates on testing progress, identified issues, and application quality.





Requirements
- Good understanding of mobile application testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with Flutter-based applications and the iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Ability to write structured test cases, identify edge cases, and document bugs clearly.
- Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Familiarity with Postman and network debugging/proxy tools.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and response codes.
- Strong attention to UI/UX details and ability to compare implementations against Figma designs.
- Familiarity with analytics, event tracking, and crash reporting.
- Good analytical thinking, debugging skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and product managers.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Experience with Flutter widget testing, integration testing, or automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Appium or other mobile automation tools.
- Experience with Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or similar monitoring tools.
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD, and mobile release processes.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, TestFlight, and Google Play Console.
- Experience testing AI-powered applications or API-integrated mobile products.
