Premier Acquisition Manager (CASA) - Job Description

Role Purpose

The Premier Acquisition Manager (CASA) is responsible for acquiring and managing affluent/HNI customers, growing the branch's CASA portfolio, generating revenue through cross-selling wealth and investment products, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

- Acquire new Premier/HNI customers for Savings and Current Accounts.
- Build and expand the CASA book through customer acquisition activities.
- Source customers through referrals, networking, market mapping, and customer outreach programs.

Relationship Management

- Develop solid relationships with affluent and high-net-worth customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure superior customer experience and retention.

Revenue Generation





- Drive liability business growth through CASA acquisition.
- Cross-sell:
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance Products
- Fixed Deposits
- Wealth Management Products
- Third-Party Products (TPP)

- Achieve revenue, acquisition, and portfolio growth targets.

Portfolio Management

- Manage customer portfolio and wallet share.
- Increase balances, customer engagement, and product penetration.

Compliance & Risk

- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory norms.
- Maintain high-quality account sourcing and documentation standards.
