Summary:
As a Laetus Serialization Support Engineer, your typical day involves providing L2/L3 application and infrastructure support for Laetus Secure Track & Trace Software (S-TTS) and Serialization Control Center (SCC) environments deployed across pharmaceutical packaging lines. You will be responsible for troubleshooting serialization platform issues, managing incident and change activities, supporting serialization data processes, and ensuring system stability and compliance within GxP-regulated environments. Your role enables uninterrupted manufacturing operations while supporting global pharmaceutical serialization and traceability requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
-Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
-Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
-Investigate and resolve S-TTS and SCC incidents including order start failures, DING/UDING status issues, TTL service failures, and packaging line setup errors.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot S-TTS application error codes and implement appropriate corrective actions.
-Manage and support TTL SyncService, PLMS User Management, and OPAL Line Print Agent services.
-Monitor and resolve infrastructure alerts using LogicMonitor and identify genuine incidents versus monitoring anomalies.
-Troubleshoot MS SQL Server issues including deadlocks, CPU utilization, blocked transactions, database performance, and disk space management.
-Perform manual serial number aggregation, commissioning activities, and serialization data corrections.
-Manage serial code pools including status transitions, GTIN-level cleanup, and code availability monitoring.
-Investigate and resolve SAP ATTP integration issues, EPCIS posting failures, and SCC web service communication failures.
-Execute S-TTS cell-level patches, plant-level upgrades, and OPAL Line Print Agent version deployments.
-Support new packaging line implementations including server setup, software installation, and qualified installation activities.
-Conduct backup and restore testing, disaster recovery simulations,



and maintain change management documentation including RFCs and rollback plans.
-Perform database maintenance and recipe cleanup activities within S-TTS environments.
-Administer Windows Server environments supporting serialization infrastructure.
-Manage IIS, Windows services, RDS certificates, domain authentication, and platform availability.
-Configure and maintain LogicMonitor alerting, threshold management, and suppression rules.
-Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, validation, and infrastructure teams to ensure stable serialization operations.
-Support compliance activities within regulated pharmaceutical and GxP validated environments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Must To Have Skills: Laetus Secure Track & Trace Software (S-TTS), Serialization Control Center (SCC), Pharmaceutical Serialization, Windows Server Administration, MS SQL Server.
-Valuable To Have Skills: SAP ATTP, PharmaSuite (KAUPACK) MES, SAP S/4HANA Migration, German Language.
-Strong hands-on experience with Laetus S-TTS Plant, Line, and Cell architecture.
-Expertise in serialization order lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and serialization platform support.
-Experience troubleshooting S-TTS error codes, order processing issues, and serialization transaction failures.
-Proficiency in TTL, PLMS, OPAL Line Print Agent, Event Controller (EC), BarTender, SCCMON, and camera format management.
-Strong knowledge of serialization aggregation, commissioning, and code pool management processes.
-Experience supporting SAP ATTP integrations, EPCIS transactions, and serialization data exchange mechanisms.
-Proficiency in Windows Server administration, IIS management, Windows services, certificate management, and domain authentication.
-Strong MS SQL Server administration and troubleshooting skills including database performance tuning and issue resolution.
-Experience with LogicMonitor administration, infrastructure monitoring, alert tuning, and incident management.
-Knowledge of GxP regulated environments, change control processes, audit trail requirements, and validation concepts including IQ/OQ.
-Understanding of pharmaceutical serialization regulatory requirements including EU FMD, US DSCSA, and China NMPA.
-Experience in backup, recovery, disaster recovery planning, and platform upgrade activities.




-Ability to troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues in a production manufacturing environment.

Additional Information:
-The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical serialization platforms, preferably Laetus S-TTS and SCC.
-Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and GxP validated environments is required.
-Knowledge of SAP ATTP integration, serialization data management, and packaging line systems will be an added advantage.
-English language proficiency is mandatory, and German language skills are desirable.
-Structured onboarding and knowledge transfer will be provided for specialized S-TTS and SCC platform knowledge.
-This position is based at multiple locations.
-A 15 years full time education is required.
