What You'll Do

- Provide technical help and incident troubleshooting for vital business applications including SVN, Perforce, and Git Hub, maintaining swift responses consistent with SLAs.
- Conduct functional analysis, system configuration, and technical development of SCM tools.
- Monitor system performance, propose balanced solutions, and recommend modifications as necessary.
- Perform performance tuning for slow-running processes to ensure productive efficiency.
- Use a strong grasp of security principles to address changes following security recommendations.
- Partner with worldwide groups to apply and supervise application updates and configuration adjustments.
- Serve as application support for version control applications and other SaaS and on-premises systems.
- Maintain non-technical system documentation, including process flow charts and build documents.
- Hold discussions with end users to collect requirements and develop functional specifications together with Business Analysts.
- Follow Change Control procedures and perform regular environment refreshes and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve application environment issues, ensuring seamless operation.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize application environments to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement technical recovery and continuity plans, understanding the business impact of IT systems failures.





What We're Looking For

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in administration, configuration, and support of Linux, SVN, Git Hub, Perforce, and Dev Ops tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation.
- Proven capability to deliver application support and resolve incidents promptly.
- Experience in performance tuning and applying security principles.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with international teams to deploy technical solutions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and PRTG, and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with end users and collaborators.
- Ability to detail technical specifications clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to develop balanced business solutions.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
