About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee IT infrastructure, systems administration, network performance, IT security, and technical support. The role involves managing IT projects, ensuring system reliability, resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendors, and implementing IT strategies to support business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to lead teams and manage multiple IT initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT infrastructure management, IT operations, and technical support.
- Experience in managing IT projects, vendors, and technical teams.

- IT Infrastructure Operation Management Network Administration & Troubleshooting
- MAC OS & Window OS, Hardware & Software Configuration
- Manage Organisation level security in MAC OS and Windows OS.
- Periodic Mac OS review and apply patches or updates.
- Remote Mac OS Support.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Hardware & Asset Management

- Maintain an accurate inventory of All IT assets
- Manage asset allocation, tagging, tracking, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and replacement.
- Handle hardware issuance and collection during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain asset registers, warranty records, purchase details, and lifecycle documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.

2. Network & Infrastructure Management

- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and LAN/Wi-Fi networks.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and connectivity across the organisation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and infrastructure records.





3. Firewall & Network Security

- Configure and maintain firewalls, security policies, access controls, VPNs, and network traffic rules.
- Monitor firewall logs, investigate suspicious activities, and respond to security alerts.
- Implement network security best practices, including access restrictions, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.
- Conduct periodic reviews of firewall rules and network access permissions.
- Coordinate incident response and maintain documentation of security incidents and corrective actions.

4. IT Support & Compliance

- Provide technical support for hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and network-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset management and infrastructure standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure regular patching, updates, and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Support IT audits, asset verification, and internal security reviews.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and multi-project management.
- Knowledge of IT service management practices and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience in office relocation, infrastructure setup, and vendor coordination.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects within timelines and budgets
