Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience combined with a good understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, finance processes, integrations, and enterprise delivery.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and successful delivery of EPM projects within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 12+ years of overall IT/project management experience.
- Strong experience managing Oracle EPM / Oracle EPM Cloud projects.
- Experience managing end-to-end EPM implementations,



enhancements, or transformation programs.
- Good understanding of Oracle EPM modules such as Planning/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDM, PCM, and Narrative Reporting.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes including:
- Budgeting
- Planning
- Forecasting
- Financial Consolidation
- Management Reporting
- Financial Close

- Strong project planning, execution, governance, and delivery management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Solid documentation and reporting skills.
