Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, records maintenance, and personnel support for the Hyderabad office. This full-time, on-site role involves administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and assisting with performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The specialist will support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process in alignment with organizational standards. Additional responsibilities include handling employee queries, supporting compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive,



inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), including core HR practices and principles.
• Skills in HR Management and Personnel Management, with the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support fairness, compliance, and organizational goals.
• Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and coordination with vendors.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and basic office productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements applicable to Hyderabad and the broader region.
• Night Shifts only from 7pm to 4am
