We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Senior Finance Manager who can independently manage the company’s end-to-end finance function and work closely with the Directors on financial governance, reporting, and compliance. This role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to bring structure and predictability to financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Core Finance & Compliance (Primary Focus)
• Support tax planning, forecasting, payments, and statutory timelines in coordination with the external Chartered Accountant, ensuring readiness for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits and filings.
• Prepare ROC-related documentation and coordinate review and timely submission with the Company Secretary, in line with statutory requirements.
• Manage company bank accounts, review monthly statements, and maintain accurate, up-to-date books in Tally.
• Maintain a structured, audit-ready filing system for financial statements and company documents.
• Prepare and issue client invoices, track billing milestones and cycles, and follow up on dues to ensure predictable cash inflows.
• Process company payments in accordance with approved financial controls and authorisation matrices.




• Process payments for statutory compliances (GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESIC and other filings) as directed by the Compliance team.
• Coordinate with external auditors, Chartered Accountants, bankers, and consultants, and follow legal, regulatory, and financial compliance standards.
• Maintain a structured repository of client and vendor contracts, with invoicing mapped accurately to inflow and outflow commitments. Reporting & Budgeting
• Prepare monthly MIS reports covering P&L;, cash flow, project margins, receivables, and key financial metrics, and present them to the Finance Head.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control practices, and assist in preparing the annual and rolling budgets.
• Track inward payments against project milestones and flag deviations early.
• Help improve cash flow predictability through tighter invoicing cycles and coordination with clients and internal teams. Analysis & Process Improvement
• Maintain month-on-month comparative analysis of revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Interpret financial data, highlight variances and trends, and suggest follow-up actions.
• Assist in building trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Present data clearly to support leadership decision-making.
• Contribute ideas to improve finance processes, documentation, and controls as the organisation scales. Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent is a plus)
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and ROC compliance
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and deadline discipline
