Role Description The Aeps Expert at Touch & Pay is a full-time, in office role based in Alipurduar-I. This role is responsible for managing and supporting Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) transactions, including cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, and fund transfers at customer touchpoints. The Aeps Expert will assist customers with transaction processing, troubleshoot issues, verify customer identities, and ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory and company policies. The role involves coordinating with internal technical and support teams to resolve service disruptions, monitoring transaction patterns for potential issues, and promoting safe usage of AEPS and other financial services.



The Aeps Expert is expected to maintain a high standard of customer service, follow strict data security protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement of AEPS processes and user experience. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), digital banking processes, and basic financial products.
• Experience in customer service or front-line support in financial services, retail banking, or fintech environments.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately, maintain records, and follow compliance and security guidelines.
• Comfort with using computers, POS or biometric devices, and mobile applications for transaction processing.
• Clear and professional communication skills in en_US and local languages as applicable, with the ability to explain financial processes simply.
• Problem-solving skills for resolving transaction issues, identifying potential risks, and escalating technical problems appropriately.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility when managing customer information and financial data.
• Prior experience in AEPS operations, micro-ATM services, or other agent-based financial services is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification at higher secondary level or equivalent; a diploma or degree in commerce, finance, or related fields is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Alipurduar-I and adhere to company schedules and operational procedures.
