Role Description The Business Coach will provide guidance, mentoring, and structured business support to clients, helping them refine strategies, improve performance, and achieve measurable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, assessing business operations and goals, and developing actionable plans focused on areas such as business planning, process optimization, and leadership development.



The role involves working closely with clients to identify challenges, design training interventions, and offer consulting recommendations that align with their organizational objectives. This is a hybrid role based in Gujarat, India, with a mix of on-site engagement and remote work-from-home flexibility to accommodate client and project needs. The Business Coach will collaborate with internal consultants and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Business Coaching and Coaching skills to support client performance and career development.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning and Consulting skills to design strategic initiatives and provide practical business solutions.
