We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who wants to do more than manage campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners, founders, and decision-makers across different industries, gaining direct exposure to business strategy, client management, performance marketing, and sales. You'll be involved in understanding business challenges, building marketing solutions, managing client relationships, and seeing how your work translates into actual business results. • Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
• Client Management: Independently handle client accounts, communication, strategy discussions, performance reviews, and ongoing requirements.
• Marketing Strategy: Understand different business models and develop practical, results-oriented marketing strategies.
• Campaign Analytics: Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics to continuously improve performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, content, sales, and technical teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Business Development: Participate in client pitches, contribute to proposals, identify growth opportunities,



and assist in closing new business. What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Valuable understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Some experience or exposure to sales, pitching, or business development.
• A proactive attitude, commercial awareness, and the ability to take ownership.
