Role Overview: As a Business Development Intern, you will support REVERSE’s business growth, partner onboarding, outreach, and market expansion initiatives while working closely with the Growth & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys startups, relationship-building, fieldwork, and execution-driven environments while gaining hands-on exposure to business development in a fast-growing sustainability startup.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Partner Onboarding
• Identify and engage potential partners within the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and related businesses
• Support onboarding of partners into the reuse ecosystem
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Track outreach activities, onboarding progress,



and partner pipelines
• Conduct regular follow-ups to support onboarding and partnership conversion
• Assist in identifying upselling and expansion opportunities with existing partners Coordination & Execution Support
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and execution processes
• Ensure alignment between partner expectations and operational execution
• Support resolution of on-ground coordination and operational challenges Market Research & Insights
• Conduct market research to identify trends, business opportunities, and competitive insights
• Support business growth strategies through market inputs and research findings Community Outreach & Engagement
• Support community outreach and engagement initiatives to drive awareness around packaging reuse
• Assist in coordination of events, meetings, outreach campaigns, and ecosystem engagement activities
• Help maintain communication and follow-ups with external stakeholders

Qualifications:
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
• Robust communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and fieldwork
• Organized and execution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
