We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Digital Marketing to lead our SEO and organic growth strategy. The role focuses on improving search visibility, organic traffic, qualified leads, website performance, and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. The candidate will also lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy and roadmap.
• Manage Technical, Content, International and Local SEO.
• Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals and search visibility.
• Optimize content for AI-powered and generative search.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits and content optimization.
• Drive link building, Digital PR and authority-building activities.
• Monitor SEO traffic, rankings, leads and conversion performance.




• Prepare SEO dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, Development and Sales teams.
• Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant. Must-Have Skills
• 6–8 years of Digital Marketing experience with robust SEO leadership.
• Technical, Content, International and Local SEO.
• AI Search Optimization / AEO / GEO.
• Experience with large websites and SEO strategy.
• GA4 and Google Search Console.
• SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Looker Studio, WordPress and Hotjar.
• Core Web Vitals and Schema Markup.
• Digital PR, Link Building and Email Marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
