- HRM Qualifications
• Advanced academic background in Human Resource Management or related fields (e.g., MBA/PG in HR, PhD or enrolled in a doctoral program in HR/Management), Pursuing PhD can also apply.
• Strong knowledge of core HR domains such as recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and labor laws.
• Demonstrated ability in teaching, curriculum design, student mentoring, and using modern pedagogical tools and learning technologies.
• Research aptitude with experience or interest in publishing in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at conferences,



and participating in funded research or consultancy projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
• Prior teaching or industry experience in HR, corporate training, or organizational development will be an added advantage.
• Commitment to ethical practices, student-centered learning, continuous career development, and alignment with the university’s values and academic standards.
