About the role
We're looking for a creative designer who also edits short-form video. You'll create social media content (carousels, posts, reels, ads and UGC-style videos) for Meshroad and our clients across North America. Posting and scheduling are handled by our team. Your job is to make the content look and perform outstanding. This is a full-time role. We are not looking for agencies or freelancers.
What you'll do
• Design carousels, posts, stories and ad creatives in Canva and Photoshop
• Edit reels and short videos from raw client footage and stock, including UGC-style ads
• Use AI tools (image generation, AI video editing, captions, ChatGPT/Claude) to work faster and come up with ideas
• Turn a short brief into 2–3 creative directions
• Keep each client's brand consistent across every piece What we're looking for
• 2–5 years of graphic design and video editing experience
• Strong in Canva and Photoshop; comfortable with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
• Hands-on with AI design and video tools
• A portfolio with at least one reel, one carousel and one ad or UGC video
• Located in India and able to work Vancouver (PST) hours, which is night shift in India Hiring process
