Hiring: General Manager Chartering (Break Bulk/Projects) We are seeking a results-driven Chartering Manager to drive commercial growth, identify profitable chartering opportunities, and strengthen business relationships across global shipping markets. The role will play a key part in maximizing business opportunities through effective negotiation and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies for ship broking services.
· Maintain regular contacts with clients and ship owners/ operators
· Negotiate and finalize project terms and agreements.
· Work closely with the operations team.
· Manage chartering /Broking for Break Bulk and Project Cargo.
· Participate in business development, market analysis, and networking.
· Stay organized to ensure timely and smooth operations.
· Develop recent Clients & Partners (Shippers/Owners etc)
· Must be familiar with C/P clauses and terms.




· Develop a team for sustainable growth.
· Represent company at various forums and events. Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of trading, international business, freight, and commodity markets.
· Experience in chartering, broking, or maritime commercial roles.
· Good understanding of shipping operations and charter party contracts.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
· Relevant academic background in shipping, international trade, or business.
· High integrity, attention to detail, and sound commercial decision-making skills.

Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the shipping industry, especially in chartering or ship broking of project & Breakbulk cargos.

Education:
Any Graduate
