About the Role
We're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support hiring across functions at our Bangalore office. This is a full-time, in-office internship for 3 months, suited to final-year students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll work closely with the People & Culture team and hiring managers, and play a direct role in bringing outstanding people into Nubra. Strong performers may receive a pre-placement offer (PPO) for a full-time role based in either Bangalore or Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit
• Maintain candidate pipelines and keep the applicant tracking system up to date
• Ensure a smooth, responsive, and professional experience for every candidate




• Assist with offer documentation and pre-onboarding coordination
• Track hiring metrics and help prepare recruitment reports What We're Looking For
• Final-year students or recent graduates from a business or HR related field
• Able to join immediately
• Available to work full time from our Bangalore office for the 3-month duration
• Open to a full-time role in Bangalore or Mumbai, should a PPO be extended
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace
• A proactive, people-first attitude and eagerness to learn Good to Have
• MBA in HR (preferred, not mandatory)
• Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or an ATS
• Interest in fintech, broking, or capital markets
