Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day business development and marketing activities in a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include assisting in lead generation, conducting market research, and supporting sales outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. The intern will help maintain customer databases, prepare sales presentations and proposals, and contribute to social media and digital marketing campaigns.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support client servicing, participating in training or workshops, and providing administrative support for events, networking sessions, and incubation cohorts. This position offers hands-on exposure to MSME-focused consulting and ecosystem-building work. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, outreach, and follow-up, with an interest in business development.
• Ability to support Training and Sales Management activities, such as assisting in sessions, tracking performance, and preparing reports.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software) and online research.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in MSME growth, consulting, and ecosystem development; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
