Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time remote role with work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees end-to-end logistics operations for waste paper exports, including planning shipments, coordinating with suppliers and transport partners, and ensuring timely delivery to clients in India. The Logistics Manager manages and monitors end to end activities, aligns logistics workflows with procurement and supply chain priorities. Daily responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving transportation issues,



maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves optimizing logistics costs, improving processes, collaborating with customer service teams to address client needs, and providing regular performance reports to le adership. Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, including coordination of international shipments and optimization of logistics processes.
• Strong background in Procurement, including vendor coordination, sourcing, and alignment of procurement activities with logistics and supply chain requirements.
• Customer Service skills to support clients and partners, handle inquiries, and resolve logistics-related issues professionally and promptly.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in using logistics or ERP software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain are an advantage.
• Experience in export/import operations, documentation, and compliance; familiarity with recycled materials or sustainability-focused industries is a plus.
