Location:
Uttar Pradesh & Bihar ? Position: Field Coordinator – Agriculture ?

Experience:
1–3 years ? Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work, or a related field ?

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor agriculture & livelihood activities at village level
• Mobilize, train and mentor CRPs and women farmer groups
• Promote sustainable agriculture and high-value crops
• Facilitate farmer awareness and access to government schemes
• Strengthen Producer Groups,



SHGs & Mahila Kisan Sangathans
• Coordinate with Panchayats, government departments & stakeholders
• Maintain field records, verify data and submit reports
• Monitor project targets and outcomes ?
