• Middleware Performance Tuning SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1 Design and implement enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft and IBM middleware technologies. 2 Define integration architecture, API strategy, security standards, and reusable integration patterns 3 Lead API development using REST/SOAP standards and API-led connectivity architecture. 4 Manage and support IBM ACE/IIB, IBM MQ, WebSphere Application Server, and related middleware platforms. 5 Drive cloud migration, integration modernization, and DevOps adoption initiatives. 6 Lead integration developers and middleware teams through design reviews and code reviews. 7 Ensure availability, performance, resiliency, DR readiness, and operational governance of integration services. 8 Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
