Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Maintenance Operations Management
• Lead and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for TCF equipment and utilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Monitor critical equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Manage manpower planning, shift deployment, and workforce productivity. Budget & Cost Control
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Optimize spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs without impacting reliability.




• Evaluate and justify capital expenditure proposals for equipment upgrades and modernization. Asset Management
• Ensure proper lifecycle management of plant assets and equipment.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and documentation through CMMS/SAP systems.
• Reporting & Governance Track and report maintenance KPIs such as:
• Equipment Availability
• OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• MTBF
• MTTR
• Safety Performance Experience 15-20 Years Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications BE/BTech
