Legal Counsel (Customer Contracts)

Work Mode: Work From Home (Maximum 2 Saturday office visits per month)

Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST)

We are looking for a qualified Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing customer contracts and commercial agreements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of contractual obligations, commercial terms, legal compliance, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Draft, review, and finalize customer contracts and commercial agreements.
- Identify contractual risks, legal obligations, and key commercial terms.
- Support contract negotiations and provide practical legal recommendations.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal company policies.




- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
- Independently manage contract-related activities within deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements:-

- LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer contract drafting, review, and finalization.
- Hands-on experience with commercial agreements and contract negotiations.
- Robust understanding of contractual risks, obligations, and legal compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work US shifts and attend limited Saturday office visits
