We are hiring a Legal & Compliance Manager to own mutual fund regulatory compliance and legal work at SBNRI, the financial home for global Indians. We are looking for a CS or LL.B. candidate with 4-8 years of experience, based in Gurugram.

What you will own :

- Own SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations compliance end to end: filings, disclosures and periodic regulatory reporting.
- Track SEBI and AMFI circulars, assess impact and drive implementation across the business.
- Run the compliance calendar and coordinate regulatory audits and inspections.
- Liaise with SEBI, AMFI, RTAs, custodians, trustees and other market intermediaries.
- Own the legal side of the business: draft, review and negotiate contracts, including distribution, vendor and service agreements.
- Provide legal advisory support across the business and coordinate with external counsel where needed.




- Support company secretarial work and board-level compliance.
- Advise product, wealth and operations teams on regulatory questions, including KYC/AML and data privacy.

What we are looking for :

- CS (Company Secretary, ICSI) or LL.B. - either qualification works, since the role carries a real legal component alongside compliance.
- 4-8 years in legal and compliance, with a mutual fund, AMC or wealth regulatory focus.
- Working command of SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations and AMFI guidelines.
- NISM/AMFI certification, such as NISM Series III-C, preferred.
- Based in Gurugram/NCR, or open to relocating to Gurugram.
