"Guidewire Developer – PAS Implementation

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter for Policy Administration System (PAS).

Configure insurance products, coverages, underwriting rules, and rating workflows.

Develop and customize functionality using Gosu, PCF, and Guidewire configuration tools.

Implement policy lifecycle processes, including submissions, quotes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

Develop integrations with billing, claims, rating engines, and external systems.

Support legacy data migration and system integration.

Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production deployment support.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and insurance stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Guidewire development experience.





Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation.

Strong knowledge of Gosu, PCF, Guidewire Studio, and configuration.

Understanding of P&C; insurance, underwriting, rating, and policy administration.

Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data migration.

Knowledge of testing, debugging, and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

Guidewire Cloud experience.

Guidewire PolicyCenter certification.

Experience with commercial or personal lines insurance.

Experience implementing a current PAS or modernizing a legacy policy administration system."
