About Grainville

Grainville is a fast-growing rice-processing and export company supplying premium Basmati and Non-Basmati rice to importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and private-label buyers across global markets.

Who we are looking for

- Degree in agriculture, agri-business or mass communication
- Hands-on experience in international sales calling to overseas buyers
- Has taken buyer requirements: variety, specifications, packaging, quantity, pricing and delivery
- Confident, clear English on calls, with a robust follow-up habit
- Has closed B2B or export deals and can speak about them with numbers
- Interested in building a long-term career in international sales and exports

Key Responsibilities

- Find and develop new international B2B buyers: importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and private-label customers
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, trade portals, directories, trade fairs and referrals
- Make outbound calls and follow up regularly with prospective and existing buyers
- Understand buyer requirements:



variety, specifications, packaging, quantity, price, payment terms and delivery
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare quotations and close orders
- Keep leads, activity and pipeline updated in the CRM, and share regular sales reports
- Coordinate with operations, documentation and production after deal closure
- Track assigned markets, competitor pricing and market trends

Who we are looking for

- 1–3 years of international, export, B2B or commodity sales experience, with a few deals closed
- Hands-on international sales experience is most preferred
- Strong spoken and written English, and confidence with overseas buyers
- Good calling, follow-up, negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Background in mass communication or agriculture is a plus, as is rice or food commodity experience
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, and willingness to use CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven and keen to build a long-term career in international sales
