Role Description This is a full-time remote Intern role at You Evolve. The Intern will assist with daily operational tasks such as gathering and organizing information, supporting program delivery, and helping with documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities may include conducting basic research, updating internal databases or dashboards, and contributing to the creation of student support resources and communication materials. The Intern will collaborate with team members through virtual meetings, provide administrative support as needed,



and help ensure that projects are completed on time and in alignment with You Evolve’s mission of student well-being.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct basic research, summarize findings clearly, and organize information in a structured manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear emails, notes, and easy content or reports.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management platforms) and general digital literacy.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Interest in student support, mental health, education, or well-being initiatives; prior experience in a school or campus environment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and maintain a respectful, inclusive, and confidential approach to sensitive information.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in psychology, education, social sciences, communications, or a related field is preferred.
