Role Description The Inside Sales Representative Intern will support the sales team by engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and promoting Cogmac®’s AI-driven solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate customer records, and coordinating with account managers to ensure smooth follow-ups. The intern will assist in preparing proposals, tracking sales metrics, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives.
This is an internship role, based on-site in Noida,
offering practical experience in inside sales and exposure to technology-driven industries.
Qualifications
- Robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Account Management capabilities to support ongoing client interactions, updates, and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone and email presence.
- Basic understanding of technology or AI-driven products, with an eagerness to learn about new solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time efficiently.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
