Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time in a hybrid arrangement based in Trivandrum. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior design concepts, preparing layouts and presentation boards, and collaborating with project teams to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically aligned spaces. The role involves space planning, selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting the preparation of construction drawings and documentation.

The Interior

Designer will participate in client meetings, site visits,



and design reviews to ensure projects are executed according to design intent, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to create cohesive design concepts.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for functionality, circulation, and user experience.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills to develop detailed plans, sections, and specifications for project execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills to select and coordinate furniture, finishes, fixtures, and materials that align with project standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and materials.
- Strong visual communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in commercial or residential interior projects will be considered an advantage.
