Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support day-to-day influencer campaign activities, including identifying relevant creators, assisting with outreach, and managing communication between influencers and brands.

Responsibilities include researching trends across social platforms, helping draft campaign briefs, tracking deliverables, and compiling performance reports. The intern will also contribute to social media marketing initiatives, assist in organizing community events or collaborations,



and maintain accurate records of partnerships in internal tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular collaboration with the marketing and community teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and creator initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills for clear, professional interaction with creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to support campaign planning, creator selection, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations skills to help manage brand reputation, outreach, and relationship-building with community members and partners.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and negotiation skills to assist in pitching collaborations, aligning expectations, and supporting revenue-focused initiatives.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a robust interest in the creator economy.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
