Role Description The HR Executive – KEKA Trained will manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective use of the KEKA HR platform for attendance, payroll, performance management, and HR analytics. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes handling recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting in policy implementation and compliance. The HR Executive will coordinate with various departments to address HR-related queries, support training and development activities, and contribute to process improvements.





The role also involves generating HR reports, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a positive and skilled experience for all team members.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Hands-on experience with KEKA or similar HRMS platforms for attendance, payroll, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices relevant to the local regulatory environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR analytics to create reports and interpret HR data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably in the education or services sector.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
