Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

My Digital Savvy is looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle job postings across LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement, and daily administrative activities.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational, coordination,



and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
