Purpose of this Role: Lead the quality assurance function across all GAP factories, ensuring products consistently meet GAP's stringent quality, compliance, and ethical standards while driving a culture of zero defects, process excellence, and customer trust.

Responsibility

- Establish and enforce GAP quality standards across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
- Act as the primary liaison with GAP quality teams on expectations and alignment.
- Oversee in-line and final inspections, pilot runs, and sample approvals for defect-free products.
- Implement robust systems for root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to GAP technical, social, and ethical compliance norms.
- Build QA discipline and capability across GAP factory teams.

Education & Experience

- Graduate in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, or Engineering.
- 18-20+ years in apparel QA, with deep GAP or equivalent tier-1 buyer experience.
- Proven track record leading QA across multiple factories.

Technical Skills

- GAP quality and compliance protocols, AQL, and inspection systems.
- Root-cause analysis, CAPA, and Lean QA tools.
- Garment testing standards and digital QA tracking.
