? Hiring: Graphic Designer

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: 5 days a week

Experience: 1-3 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and offline marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand branding, and be able to independently take a brief from concept to final execution.

What You'll Do

- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements and marketing materials
- Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, pamphlets, presentations and other print creatives
- Develop engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives on time
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours and visual language
- Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different campaigns
- Support new campaign concepts, launches and promotional activities
- Manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines

What We're Looking For
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator and/or Figma
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create both digital and print designs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Good communication and ability to understand a brief quickly
- Experience in real estate, consumer brands, advertising or marketing is a plus
