Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving business performance across Atluri Holdings’ portfolio. This role includes managing P&L;, setting operational goals, supervising department heads, and ensuring efficient delivery of Pro AV and related services.

The General

Manager will develop and implement business strategies, monitor key performance metrics, and maintain solid relationships with clients, vendors, and other partners. They will lead, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams, promote a culture of accountability and service excellence, and support expansion initiatives and new service offerings.



The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, optimizing processes, and preparing regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in general management, operations leadership, or business unit management, ideally in services, technology, or Pro AV-related industries.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and performance management, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement, including coaching and conflict resolution.
- Competence in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; oversight to support sustainable growth.
- Ability to streamline processes, manage projects, and implement operational best practices for efficiency and quality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset and commitment to service excellence.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, using metrics and analytics to evaluate performance and guide improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience working in or with multiple business units or brands within a group structure is highly beneficial.
