Job Title: Fullstack Developer

Overview -

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect - Full Stack Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Angular, .NET, and SQL Server, coupled with the ability to work across contemporary JavaScript based frameworks e.g. React, Node.js and emerging technologies.

The role requires a blend of hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, project execution, team management, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful delivery of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Drive solution design, code reviews, engineering best practices, and technology adoption.
- Manage project delivery, sprint planning, estimations, risks, and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, security, and compliance standards.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Angular




- .NET Core / ASP.NET
- C#
- SQL Server
- Experience in designing and developing:
- REST APIs
- Microservices-based applications
- Enterprise-scale web applications
- Strong understanding of:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3
- Design Patterns and Application Architecture
- Ability to work across multiple JavaScript stacks including React, Node.js or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

AI-Enabled Engineering Experience (Must Have)

- Hands-on experience on tools for AI-assisted or Agentic development such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor AI
- Claude or similar AI coding assistants
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for:
- Code generation and optimization
- Automated unit test creation
- Debugging and troubleshooting
- Code reviews and refactoring
- Technical documentation generation
- Productivity acceleration across the SDLC
- Exposure to AI-driven engineering practices, prompt engineering, and integration of GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications is highly desirable.
