Designation: Front Line Executive

Job Brief: Join JSW Steel Limited's Hot Strip Mill team as a key operational professional responsible for overseeing and managing the frontline activities of the steel manufacturing process. This role demands hands-on involvement in monitoring production lines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflow, troubleshoot process issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the hot strip mill operations to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to promptly address mechanical or operational issues minimizing downtime.
- Implement standard operating procedures and ensure adherence by all frontline staff.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.




- Train and mentor junior operators and new team members on operational best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product specifications and customer requirements are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing waste.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies throughout the production process.

Preferred Qualifications
